Kamber Parker and JD Solomon will discuss improving intergenerational communication and workforce effectiveness at the 2023 WEASC Engineering Management Workshop. The event is Wednesday, November 8, 2023, in Columbia, SC.
Parker and Solomon discussed a similar topic in May at a regional conference. Since then, the two have worked together through their respective firms and clients.
"We approach effective communication from different perspectives," stated Solomon. "At the end of the day, we end up at the same place. Our clients are looking for more effective organizations. People are our greatest asset.”
"Young professionals will make up over 50% of the workforce in two years," added Parker. "JD represents the experienced professionals, and I represent the younger professionals. Our bantering is fun and helps everyone get the key messages."
